what can you tell me about scholarships and weather they have been cut out by some of these govermnt cuts?
if they have been cut out, is there any way for me to work around this?

There are still many scholarships available to you right now that have not been impacted by the federal funding cuts. Rest assured that you have many alternative scholarships that you can apply to worry-free.
